Handmade & Bespoke

Every Note & Thread piece is handmade with love and care especially for you. As each item is completely bespoke, please allow up to 4 weeks from the date of your order for your piece to be made and dispatched. Good things take time, and we promise yours will be worth the wait.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email the moment your order is on its way to you.

Shipping Rates

We offer a standard flat rate of £3.50 shipping on all UK orders.

Spend over £80 and enjoy free shipping — automatically applied at checkout. Free shipping can be combined with other discounts and promotions. 

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, your order is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

Tracking

All orders are fully tracked. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email so you can follow your order's journey to you.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please contact us at noteandthread@gmail.com and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.

International Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only. If you are based outside of the UK and would like to place an order please contact us at noteandthread@gmail.com to discuss options.
